Netscape Users

1. Before attempting to download the plugin, ensure the automatic plugin finder service is turned off. To do this, go to the Edit menu on the menu bar and select 'Prefs'. There will be a tree view of Navigator's utilities in the resulting pop-up box; click on 'Helper Applications'. Turn off the plugin finder service by un-checking the relevant box.
2. Once you've tried to run the report, click on the puzzle-piece icon to download the plugin. Netscape will ask you where to save it; save it to a folder you can easily find that is NOT in the Netscape folder.
3. After saving the plugin, go to the folder where it was saved. Open the 'Setup' folder and Double click the CFxIEReg.exe program. It should run, but not produce any visible result.
4. Move back to the folder in which the plugin was saved. Click once on the 'NPCFxIE.dll' icon, go to the 'Edit' menu, and select 'Copy'.
5. Open the Netscape folder (likely in the program files of your computer). Open the 'Plugins' directory, go to the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'. You should see NPCFxIE.dll appear in the plugins folder.
6. Return to your browser; ChartFx should run properly.
